  • Return/Exchange Policy

    At StamBh, we strive to offer a seamless return and exchange process. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

    1. Return Authorization: To return an item, you must first obtain a return authorization from us. Return authorizations will only be granted if the reason for return is deemed valid. Please contact us to request authorization.
    2. Condition of Items: Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items not meeting these criteria will not be eligible for return or exchange.
    3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for booking and paying for return shipping. Please ensure that the return is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

    Note: We do not offer refunds. Our products are handcrafted with great care and effort, and therefore, refunds are not available. Instead, we offer exchanges or store credit in cases of production errors or customer dissatisfaction.

  • Defect Complaints and Return Requests

    To ensure a smooth return process for defective items:

    1. Timeframe: Defect complaints and return requests must be filed within 7 days of delivery. Any requests made after this period will not be considered.
    2. Process: Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective item or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. We will guide you through the return process and offer an exchange or store credit as applicable.

  • Order Cancellation

    If you wish to cancel your order:

    1. Cancellation Window: Orders can only be canceled if you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
    2. Process: To cancel your order, please reach out to us via email or phone within the specified timeframe. Once the cancellation request is processed, we will confirm the cancellation.
